Happy Returns by Paypal - Senior UX Designer - As the sole designer for the warehouse management and shipping logistics team. I designed operations software for web, touch screen kiosk, and mobile scanner to facilitate the processing of over a million items each month across 3 warehouses. These systems enabled the company to scale and meet its enterprise customer’s needs. I conducted user research and interviews to ensure the system worked best for those using it, preventing bottlenecks and system failures.

Restaurant 365 - Senior UX Designer - I designed and implemented a new Material Design inspired system, including accounting and financial dashboards, reports, advanced reporting generators, and general ledger tables. I also designed restaurant operations software for web and mobile that included calendars, chat, and shift swapping.

Blue Label Labs - Senior Product Designer - At this creative agency, I worked with a large variety of teams to create products for both enterprise and consumer apps in healthcare, gig economy, pharmaceutical, dating, events, and more. I traveled the country to host in-person weeklong Design Sprints where we would progress from idea to prototype in just 5 days. Communication, teamwork, collaboration, user interviews, and flexibility were keys to success.
